Recurring finance or operations workflows with manual handoffs, disconnected systems, document processing, reconciliation, forecasting, or internal software that generic tools do not fit. If it runs on exports, inboxes, and memory, it is probably a fit.

Employer and client work is described only at an authorized, non-identifying level. Names, proprietary data, internal screenshots, and sensitive architecture are never published without written permission. The same treatment protects your engagement.

Model output is bounded by validation rules, confidence thresholds, review queues, and human approval for consequential actions. Systems are evaluated against your data before they are trusted, and no output enters a system of record unreviewed unless you decide it should.

The least that does the job. Access is scoped per engagement, sensitive data stays in your environment wherever possible, and an NDA is welcome before any detail is shared.

Frequently. The usual shape is taking the piece nobody has bandwidth for, building it to your standards, and handing it back documented well enough that your team owns it from day one.

Ongoing support and enhancement are available, though systems are built and documented to be maintainable without permanent dependency on the person who wrote them.
