This is a static informational website. It does not use advertising trackers, social pixels, or third-party analytics scripts, and it does not set cookies for visitors who simply browse.
Who is responsible
Eigenvalue Systems LLC, a Washington limited liability company based in Snohomish County, Washington, United States, operates this website and is responsible for inquiry information submitted through it. Contact: jason@eigenvaluesystems.com, or the contact page.
The contact form
If you submit the inquiry form, the information you enter (name, work email, company, company location, market context, preferred currency, and your description of the work) is sent directly from your browser to Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service that processes it on Eigenvalue Systems' behalf and emails it to us. Web3Forms stores form submissions on its own systems; its published privacy policy states that submission data is retained for a maximum of three years unless a shorter period applies or it is deleted earlier, and that spam screening may involve sharing the submitter's IP address and email address with its anti-spam providers. Web3Forms' privacy policy and data processing agreement describe that processing. Cloudflare serves this website and may record standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and operational purposes, as virtually all web hosts do.
Inquiry information is used to respond to you and to evaluate and scope the work you describe. It is not sold, and it is not shared or used for marketing. The basis for this processing is responding to a business inquiry you chose to send.
Where processing happens
Eigenvalue Systems is based in the United States. Web3Forms processes form submissions on its own infrastructure and states that it operates from India, using infrastructure and sub-processors that may process data in multiple regions; international transfer safeguards are described in its data processing agreement. If you contact us from outside the United States, including Hong Kong, Japan, the United Kingdom, or the European Union, your inquiry is transmitted to and handled in the United States and by Web3Forms as described above.
How long inquiries are kept
Inquiry emails we receive are kept while they remain relevant to responding to you or to a potential or actual engagement, and are deleted when they are no longer needed for that purpose or when you ask for deletion, whichever comes first. The copy Web3Forms holds is retained under its policy, currently a maximum of three years as described above.
Your rights
You can ask what information from your inquiry we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to jason@eigenvaluesystems.com. These requests are honored regardless of where you are located. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may also have statutory rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
