The operational problem
A multi-entity property environment needed statutory notice consent tracked per resident, per association, with proof: who consented, when, to what, and how to demonstrate it under review.
Why the existing process failed
Consent lived in mixed paper and spreadsheet records with no verification step and no compliance-grade export. Proving the state of any single association meant reconstruction.
What was built
A multi-tenant platform where each association operates in isolation: resident rosters imported from CSV, verification-code consent flows, status dashboards, and compliance exports designed around the relevant state statute. Role-based access separates administrators from association-level users.
What the system automates, calculates, and controls
Consent capture and verification, per-association status tracking, compliance export generation, and the audit history behind each consent record.
Where human judgment remains
Association managers control rollout, messaging, and any exception handling; the platform enforces the record-keeping.
How correctness was tested
Import validation against malformed rosters, consent-flow testing across the verification path, and export review against the statutory requirements the records must satisfy.
What changed
Consent status became a queryable fact with evidence, rather than a filing question.
